    Look for websites for exercising for martial arts. Do not use heavy weights for weight loss. If you are looking to gain muscle you need to do heavier weights. But to lose it, you need higher reps and cardio exercise. It depends on where you want to lose weight from too. The best thing you can do to lose weight is to start walking and do eat too much fat, sugar or carbohydrates. They say that the average person should not eat more than 50 to 60 grams of fat a day. I don't know how many ounces that is. But remember you can stay away from fat, but if you eat sugar and don't exercise it will turn to fat.

    look on you tube at combat conditioning and ross training!

    do high rep with less weight till it burns

    cut down carbs

    maintain protein or increase it to keep muscle firm

    get tips from mens health magazine, menshealth.co.uk
